Escondidinho rice Creamy Tuna

Ingredients:
Rice:
. 3 cans of Tuna in Olive Oil course of Gomes da Costa (510g)
. 1 medium onion, finely chopped (80g)
. 2 cups (tea) rice (400g)
. 5 cups (tea) of boiling water (about 1200ml)
. 2 tablets seasoning for rice
. Grated Parmesan cheese 1 package (50g)
Tuna fish:
. 1 medium onion, finely chopped (80g)
. 1 pack of cream cheese type cream cheese (410g)
. 1 can of cream (300g)
. salt to taste
. french fries to taste

Method of preparation:
Rice:
. In a pan heat the olive oil 1 can of tuna Gomes da Costa and saute the onions there.
. Add the rice and saute length.
. Dissolve the tablets seasoning for rice in 1 cup (tea) of boiling water. And pour over the rice, add the rest of boiling water and mix well. Simmer, pot semi covered, until rice dry out and become well cooked.
. Remove rice from heat and add the olive oil 1 can of tuna Gomes da Costa and parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Tuna fish:
. While the rice cooking in a pan add the olive oil last can of tuna Gomes da Costa and saute the onions there. Add the cream cheese curd and cream. Mix until the cheese completely dissolved. Add the tuna Gomes da Costa and mix. Season with salt if necessary.

Assembly:
. Distribute the rice in a large rectangular ovenproof dish.
. Top with the hot braised tuna.
. Finish with straw potatoes.
. Serve immediately.
