. 5 liters of boiling water
. 1 pinch of salt
. 1 olive oil
. 1 packet of pasta like spaghetti (500g)
. 1 canned tuna chunks in oil Gomes da Costa (170g)
. 1 cup (tea) of bacon diced (150g)
. 2 cloves garlic, cut into blades
. 1 and 1/3 of the package cream cheese (200g)
. 1 grated Parmesan cheese Small package (50g)
. half a cup (tea) whipping cream
Method of preparation:
. In a large pan, season the boiling water with salt and oil. Add the pasta and cook as recommended on the package. Drain and wrap in Tuna Gomes da Costa oil. Reserve in a warm place.
. Fry the bacon and garlic in the bacon fat. Add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and sour cream. Mixing well after each addition until smooth sauce. Add the tuna Gomes da Costa. Set aside.
. Add the pasta and cook just to warm up and preparing to be fine involved.
. Serve immediately.
