Method of preparation:
. Grease with butter a square refractory about 20 cm (1.5 liters capacity).
. Pass the form of slices of bread in milk and go riding alternating layers with the other ingredients: bread soaked, tomatoes, mozzarella, sardines Gomes da Costa and oregano. The last layer should be soaked bread. Set aside.
