. 1 small zucchini grated in the thick of the grater (200g)
. 2 ripe and firm tomatoes, cut into squares (160g)
. 2 tablespoons (soup) of chopped onion (40g)
. 1 fillet can of sardines in oil Gomes da Costa (125g)
. 1-2 tablespoons (soup) lemon juice
. salt to taste
Method of preparation:
. In a bowl add the zucchini, tomato and onion. Mix.
. Add the fillet Sardine Gomes da Costa with its oil and lemon juice. Mix again.
. Season with salt to taste.
